Records Administrator (Part-time) - Fixed term

We have an opportunity for a Records Administrator based in Auckland on a 12 months fixed term contract for 4 hours/day, 5 days/week.

The role offers responsibility and autonomy so you must be highly organised with plenty of initiative. This will be a busy and varied role and you will be tasked with ensuring administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service, provide quality administration and support services to team members. You will find yourself involved in tasks such as allocations and management of workflow, signing off KPI completed records to process for invoicing, insuring KPI’s are met, produce weekly and monthly reports.

About You:

Suitable applicants will possess:

  • Experience of providing administration support, preferably in telecommunications
  • An excellent, positive attitude
  • Proactive with good time management
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills as you will need to build and grow strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You should be innovative, flexible, adaptable to change, open minded, focused and have an eye for detail
  • The ability to function effectively as part of a multi-cultural team.
