As a market leader in infrastructure and engineering services, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our National Bid Team as a Bid Manager.

As a Bid Manager with us, you’ll be responsible for tender submissions in our Transport Services, and Facilities Services and Utilities divisions. You will lead complex and high value, strategic opportunities. You will use your superior communications and writing skills to craft high-quality and compelling documents. You will also have a role in maintaining visibility of forthcoming opportunities in the marketplace and assisting with strategic, long-term business planning with key internal stakeholders.

You’ll bring with you strong project management skills and the ability to drive the end-to-end bid strategy and proposal development.  With well-developed business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically, you’ll have a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.  Critical thinking is also essential, and you’ll couple this with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
