Talent Manager | North Ryde
Your role as Talent Manager will be to lead strategic Organisational Development and Change programs that result in increased business performance against key priorities outlined in the Organisational Development and Change Plan.
You will lead the Talent team and apply thought leadership and strategy to support talent attraction, retention and development initiatives across the Group.
Key responsibilities of the role will be to:
Design and development of programs of work that are business responsive, appropriate and impactful
Governance and performance tracking and reporting
Development of process, procedures and templates that support an overall framework
Project and implementation plans
Change and communications plans
Diversity and thought leadership
In addition, you will be responsible to design the approach, manage stakeholders, design and/or build products, implementation and evaluate effectiveness against the project plan.
You must have demonstrated experience in leading a team to increase organisational development through a range of talent initiatives that is business responsive and appropriate, engaging with demonstrated impact and ROI.
