 Drive excellence in our business with a commercial mindset

  • Register and distribute opportunities
  • Maintain CRM (data entry)
  • Opportunity Reporting (including statistical analysis)
  • Resume formatting
  • Candidate creation in CRM
  • Resource/project tracking
  • Work with Principals, Senior Managers and Recruiters to keep Opportunities updated
  • Bid response template generation (e.g. developing basic documents to support bid developers and Principals)
  • Maintaining bid repositories

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 Qualifications and Experience

 Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or progression towards qualification, or related discipline are desirable

 Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role

 Desirable

  • Experience with a consulting organisation
  • Well-developed networks with customers and consultants in relevant sectors
  • Experience in CRM management, reporting and bid support in the Professional Services industry

 Other

  • The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency security clearance at the appropriate level (must be an Australian citizen)

Capability Profile

 Skills

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Document formatting skills including resume formatting and bid template development
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • High level of skill with SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Office suite strong adherence to deadlines and eye for detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of team
  • An ability to think strategically, with an analytic and creative approach to problem solving
  • An ability to deal with ambiguity, and to apply experience, expertise and logic to come to quick, logical conclusions
  • Clear communication skills and interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with all levels within the organisation
