This role will see you leading with operational efficiency and enabling our business to continually improve upon customer relationships.  You will be a vital part of the team's success in working to increase profitability and support Downer's planned business initiatives for future growth.

  • A proven track record in leading a successful team in a customer service or customer operations environment
  • A strong team focus – a clear and direct communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Can multi task and manage several mission critical work streams concurrently
  • Outstanding leadership skills – the ability to motivate, influence and lead by example
  • A passion for excellence and continuous improvement
  • The ability to provide input into the successful running of a dispatch centre and develop strategic plans for the Service Management Centre which aligns with the operations and visions of the business.
  • Tertiary qualification preferred or demonstrable experience in the development of business opportunities in a service based industry
  • Flexibility in the hours worked to match the dynamic operational hours of the team.
