Due an internal development opportunity, we currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an outstanding Human Resources Advisor to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract in North Ryde – Sydney or Melbourne.

 

Supporting our General Manager – People, Performance and Systems, this role will partner with the Business Service Centre functional head to deliver against our underpinning people strategy to ensure the most effective utilisation of our team to achieve strategic business objectives.

 

This role will be advising and liaising with key stakeholders; strong written and verbal communications and initiative to streamline process will ensure your success. You will have the ability to support and maintain working relationships within your client group and the wider business.

 

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will bring your energy, passion and enthusiasm to continually improve our service offering to add increased value to our stakeholders.

 

To be successful in the role you will have:

 

  • Significant demonstrated experience in a generalist role and awareness across the full range of generalist functions 
  • Experience in use an HRMS (Oracle) or similar ERP
  • Ability to present build trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Sound and broad understanding of  relevant  legislation,  regulations  and  contemporary 

human resource issues.

  • Ability to challenge the business in a professional objective manner
  • Tertiary qualification in HR
