IT Business Analyst

As a key member of the Transformation Programme, you will work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to elicit relevant information to define requirements and processes, and assist in the delivery of project. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to gap analysis, eliciting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement/management. You will work closely with the Project Manager to scope and estimate timeframes and deliverables.
To be successful in this exciting role you will ideally have the following skills and attributes;
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for knowledge and cross-training
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics desirable but not essential
