This opportunity in the role of Employee Services Officer, is a full-time position that will report through to the Employee Services of Operations Lead. A critical division at Downer Business Service Centre which manages the day to day functions from expenses to travel and management of company credit cards.
Your role will include interacting with the general business, to provide above and beyond customer service across the group, being a go to person to quickly and efficiently problem solve, and/or recommend best way forward to proactively assist the business.
You will have:
- Exceptional Customer Service experience with an attitude that embodies, can do, proactive and pride in your work.
- 3 years working with Expense Management Systems ideally understanding corporate card services, and complex travel for a medium to large scale business. (Concur, JDEGS, SAP highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate to call areas of the business.
- High attention to detail, with an understanding on the importance of accuracy when dealing with local and international travel.
