Contract Performance Manager

As Contract Performance Manager you will be working within the Dunedin Network Maintenance Contract, and across the wider business.  This key role is a fixed term contract until end April 2020 and will ensure contract deliverables are being achieved (target results) and performance measures are being met. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and reporting on Performance Framework, Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manages the processes associated with ensuring a healthy delivery of all activities on contracts
  • Monitoring customer response time frames and quality assurance
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly contract reports and analysis thereof
  • Provides measured feedback to the Contract Manager regarding quality, safety, productivity and financial performance
  • Ensures continuous learning and improvement is occurring throughout the Dunedin Maintenance Contracts and across the Dunedin Area.
  • Provides support in the areas of administration and Safety, Quality and Environment (SQE)

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Finance or Business Management
  • Excellent customer relationship skills or relationship building abilities
  • Proven management experience with previous responsibility and accountability for staff with a strong track record of positive leadership behaviours that empower others
  • Strong financial analysis, computer and reporting skills
  • Risk management ability
  • Good ability to liaise between operational and technical
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to train and coach others
