Our Workforce Management Centre in our Technology Solutions business provides a centralised hub for communications with our customers to our Installations, Faults and Maintenance team. About the role:
The Downer New Zealand Work Management Centre (a blend of contact centre and support administration) has two opportunities for Essential Services Representatives to join the Auckland team. This is a complex inbound, dispatch technical environment working throughout the Downer business supporting essential service networks nationwide. Our team ensure that customer relationships are well maintained by providing rapid solutions to overcome major outages and faults.
These roles are part time for 20 hours per week but flexibility to work on a rotating roster is essential as we offer a 24/7 365 day service.
Are you someone who enjoys working end to end, understands the importance of your work and is able to think on your feet? We’d love to hear from you.
We look for strong phone based verbal communication skills, previous experience in either a contact centre, dispatch, jeopardy management or administration role. You will enjoy resolving issues, jeopardy managing, technically problem solving with your customers and have good technical aptitude to manoeuvre around multiple systems to seek answers. Other skills such as your team player attitude, ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and previous experience in a technical industry will also be an advantage.
