About us

The City Rail Link (CRL) Project is a game changer for Auckland and is the largest transport infrastructure project ever undertaken in New Zealand. The CRL is a 3.45km twin tunnel, transforming the dead-end station at Britomart, creating two new stations at Aotea and Karangahape Road and reconnecting to the network at a redeveloped Mt Eden station.

The Link Alliance is a consortium of local and international construction companies responsible for delivering the tunnelling, stations and the systems contracts.  These companies include Vinci Construction Grands Projet, Downer NZ Ltd, Soletanche Bachy International NZ Limited, WSP Opus (NZ) Limited, AECOM New Zealand Limited and Tonkin + Taylor Limited.

We are seeking a Communications & Engagement Co-ordinator to support the Communications & Engagement team with internal communications coordination, team administration, logistics management, database administration, event administration, on the day event support and information distribution.

 

The Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting all existing relationships with key stakeholders and providing the C&E team with day to day support as requested.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team co-ordination and EA support to the Communications and Engagement Manager
  • Relationship and Stakeholder Co-ordination for community projects
  • Internal communications across the Link Alliance support office and Construction site teams
  • Development of communications collateral

About You:

You will be a communications graduate with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in communications.  You will be excited by the opportunity to develop your career on New Zealand’s largest infrastructure project and have a passion for how the CRL will benefit Aucklanders. Due to the size and scope of this massive project, you will need to have an excellent command of written and spoken English and be resilient to a high-pressure environment.
