ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Business Support Officer to join the team based in Springvale, VIC on a permanent full time basis. In this role you’ll provide general administration support including but not limited to processing of time sheets, raising purchase orders, daily record keeping and invoicing of clients. Our ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of JDEGS and Kronos or equivalent systems is preferred
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
