Our award winning New Plymouth Infrastructure Partnership team are looking for a Contract Analyst to join us. A critical part of a successful team is ensuring our well established business systems, processes, tools, reporting and workflows are both continuing to function well, and are continuously improving over time. This role will require a unique skillset and a bit of knowledge in analytics, finance, commerce and infrastructure.

As a Contract Analyst, you will need to have a real eye for detail and a methodical approach to carrying out business processes. We are looking for someone who has experience working with a range of business teams to identify areas of improvement and support the teams to implement actions and processes to improve outcomes.

This role is varied and will allow for career path opportunities.

About you:

  • Experience with financial and cost control processes, work order management, report development and associated tools
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements to create and improve business processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft 365 suite including Power BI
  • Financial systems experience such as JD Edwards and related reporting tools
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, particularly in the ability to consult, communicate and negotiate with stakeholders and to document relevant business processes
  • Pro-active “can do” attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and effectively cope with change and handle risk and uncertainty.
