The DM Roads business provides a range of services in road network management.  We assist road and intelligent transport systems (ITS) asset owners to extract maximum value from their assets and provide road networks that meet the demand of today’s ever-changing environment.

We are looking to appoint a talented Contract Administrator to join our DM Roads team based in Maddington. This is a full-time opportunity to join a highly successful business dealing with a portfolio of long-term existing contracts as well as project-based work. In this role you will primarily be accountable for the successful delivery of commercial and contract administration services within the DM Roads WA business.

About you

• Ideally degree qualified in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. 
• Prior exposure to the civil or road sector in a similar role
• Experience in developing and mentoring teams
• Sound understanding of contract terms and conditions, financial analysis, alongside a familiarity with the commercial and legal issues impacting business and the delivery of projects.
• Negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
• Developed analytical and planning/prioritisation skills.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
• Operate across the business through open communication and engagement. Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes.
