A new and exciting opportunity is now available for a full-time Field Bitumen Blending Operator to join our successful Road Infrastructure team in Maddington, WA. This hands-on role will give you an excellent understanding of our Thin Surfacing business and provide genuine career growth and development opportunities within the business.


  • Ability to handle and transfer dangerous/hazardous goods
  • Successful track record in safety, field-based operations
  • Good customer engagement and negotiation skills
  • Experience within a construction or related industry within a similar role
  • Be outcome-focused and have a thorough understanding of the factors affecting end product and result
