Relationships build success and we are looking for our next relationship builder to join our fleet management team, as a Finance Fleet Coordinator. Based from our location in Hamilton and part of our national fleet support team you will be helping keep our fleet mobile. Your primary skill will be the understanding of accounts payable and financial transactions between businesses and the supply networks. With a big financial focus, you’ll ensure all relationships, both external and internal are looked after and enhanced by offering continual feedback, maximising availability, and return on investment. You will also be jointly responsible for the effective management of key maintenance partners with our regionally based teams.

About the role
You’ll be focused on developing relationships with our external service providers and suppliers to ensure we are delivering an industry leading fleet management business. Other day-to-day activities will include:

  • Management of our consolidated invoice system (many-to-one)
  • Accounts payable activities, financial journal entries and internal invoicing
  • Data analysis, data integrity, data aggregation and data output

About you
As an experienced relationship builder, you’ll bring your adaptable and flexible communication and negation skills with customers and major suppliers .  You’ll couple this with:

  • Experience in financial accounting would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated planning, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Well-developed supply chain management abilities
  • Ability to problem solve and make your own decisions
  • Advanced to expert level report and insight creation by merging data from multiple platforms
