ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Urban Grid team in a full time permanent role based out of our office in Canning Vale, WA. This role supports the day-to-day operations with task including processing purchase orders, purchase order receipts, invoices, timesheets, stock issue, monitoring subcontractor compliance and other general administration duties.
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- Prior experience working with Financial systems, preferable JDE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to work with volume data and in a fast-paced environment
