About the Role:

In your role as the Contract Administrator you will provide support to the Downer Tauranga water team to achieve their contractual and business objectives. You’ll be based out of our Tauriko/ Tauranga office and your primary focus will be around the administration of contract variations, oversight of service activity claims reconciliation, invoicing, job-costing, reporting and forecasting.

Day to day your duties will include:

• Processing of Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments
• Assisting in administrating the delivery of contract services to our Clients
• Updating of jobs and processing of claims
• Implement organisation and improvement of data filing and data capture systems
• Assisting in the production of financial /KPI/monthly reports
• Job management and data entry
• Other general office administration as required

You’ll also ensure all contract administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service in accordance with company policy.

About you:

• Computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to be proactive in meeting business needs
• Competent in use of Microsoft suite of products Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Attention to detail essential
