About the role:

As our Contract Manager, you will be a part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains 25,000 kms worth of roads in Aotearoa. With over 150 years of projects and knowledge under our belts, our vision is innovative and future focussed. This is a varied role that will prove to be both challenging and rewarding as you embark on a collaborative journey designing, planning, and executing a range of road resurfacing projects.

You will work within a supportive Canterbury regional team, an integral part of the South Island Chip Sealing team, to deliver excellence on contract objectives whilst also optimising resource use, championing a Zero Harm work culture, and ensuring stakeholder relationships are enhanced to maximise our commercial success.

About you:

To be successful within this role we are looking for a team player who will bring with them the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience using MS Office and Project
• Experienced in contracts financial management and reporting
• Understanding of NZS3910 advantageous
• Current Full Drivers’ License
• Ability to work across geographical boundaries
• Experience within Surfacing advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with all team members
