About the role: As a Chip Sealing Foreperson for one of the largest infrastructure business’ in New Zealand, you will be involved in exciting projects requiring you to oversee work, the operation of heavy machinery and preparation of sites. You’ll be actively involved in training and developing those around you and will have experience dealing with subcontractors and other departments on site
About you: You don’t need experience within sealing (although that is a bonus!), ideally though you will have worked within civil or construction and have a hands-on background. You’ll have leadership experience, be a great communicator and believe in the benefits of mentoring staff. You’ll also have:
A positive, motivated attitude
A willingness and ability to travel out of the region
Professional yet approachable communication skills
Your full licence with class 1, extra classes a bonus!
