About the role:
Keolis Downer are looking for a hard working Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our Maintenance team in the Northern Beaches! As a Motor Mechanic for Keolis Downer, you will work as part of team providing:
Maintenance of and repairs to all vehicle mechanical and electrical systems including drive, and drive-line, steering, suspension, braking, air, hydraulic, computerised and other associated systems.
A range of mechanical, testing and fabricating in order to undertake vehicle maintenance such as, diagnostic computers/tools, multimeters, mig, oxy acetylene welding, lifting and materials handling, materials manufacturing, various hand tools.
On-road vehicle and fleet support as well as undertaking planned and corrective fleet maintenance.
Role Requirements:
Motor Vehicle Tradespersons Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
Heavy vehicle and systems experience desired but not essential, product training and support provided
MR or HR drivers license (Don’t have one? We will help you upgrade your license)
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check.
