A fantastic opportunity has come up in Taranaki for a proactive, forward-thinking individual to join the team as a Performance and Quality Manager.

About the role:

As our Performance and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing all quality assurance, compliance, and performance control elements to ensure our clients deliver the project specified. You will also be responsible for the following:

• All management, coordination and liaison are required to ensure that Quality Management is effective.
• Management of the preparation, document control, and approval process of contract documentation, correspondence, and design information.
• Supporting the Downer Project Management team (PMO) and other corporate staff to ensure that the project operates to the current company standards.

About you:

• You will have clear demonstration of collaborative approach used in the development of excellent client management skills and relationship building ability
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skill
• Bring with you a strong track record of positive leadership behaviours that empower others
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• You will be a team player who loves to work collaboratively and to a high standard
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, or Performance Management would be highly advantageous
