We currently have an opportunity for a Pre-Contracts Administrator to join our high-performing business. This role will provide an opportunity to further develop your long-term career with a business experiencing ongoing growth.
Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager you will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment. This role would require a minimum of 20 hours per week and would be suited to flexible working hours. The duties and workload of the role will be refined to suit your available hours, up to a fulltime 38 hours per week.
Duties include:
Assisting the Pre-Contracts team
Managing multiple calendars for tender reviews / submissions
Managing multiple email accounts across Downer and VEC tender boxes
Database (Client Relationship Manager) data management, reporting, trend reviews
Input into tender preparation, including proforma creation, proof reading / formatting
Assist in the development and maintenance of the bid library, outward communication
SharePoint folder creation, document control processes of RFT, addendums, drawings and the like.

About you:
Previous experience in a similar position will be highly regarded, however we will also consider candidates at the beginning of their career with tertiary qualifications, or experience gained in Customer Service or Administration roles in a corporate/professional environment.
You will have:
Experience developing procedures, documents and systems to improve performance and efficiency of records.
Proficient skills and knowledge in MS Office, with a high level of attention to detail.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work to a timeline of milestones
