About the Role In this role, you’ll be a leader in our team of Project Managers and Site & Engineers who manage the delivery of Civil construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be confident liaising with crew and clients at all levels and a master at reporting and planning in all avenues.
About you As a Project Manager, you’ll come with experience Managing Projects of various sizes; you will hold either a formal civil engineering or project management qualification (e.g. BE, NZCE). You’ll also bring with you:
The ability to communicate effectively and build, maintain and grow relationships at all levels
Civil engineering experience, including knowledge of pavement construction and civil construction
Proven capability around people leadership and management, including the ability to influence others
Knowledge of NZS3910 and management of Civil Construction Contracts
Commercial acumen, including the ability to decipher financials
Excellent organisational skills
Experience with and a strong commitment to health and safety initiatives
