Working within Downers successful Road's business in South Australia, we are seeking to appoint a talented and energetic person for our Project Support Officer role in Adelaide. Central to this role is to provide administration support for our construction and pavement team in both tender, financial processing and general project administrative support.
Our ideal candidate will have the skill to capably use computers, the suite of Microsoft software, good administrative skills, ability to work autonomously and experience in Adobe InDesign would be desirable but not essential.
In addition, the candidate would have good communication skills in order to engage and influence internal outcomes, the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders, display a strong ability to work in time pressure situations and work in a very strong team environment.
