Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Technology Improvement Manager is accountable for ensuring internal business systems used by DPS are set up correctly, running efficiently and effectively to support day-to-day business operations and continual improvement of these systems is implemented. The Technology Improvement Manager is also responsible for continually assessing system usability and initiating improvement uplifts as required.
